Accesfashion is a cycling-inspired apparel and accessories store offering products such as cycling jerseys, bib shorts, casual apparel, and related items. Some products may be made-to-order, printed, customized, or fulfilled by our production partners.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in a way that may damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the store or the experience of other customers.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizing information, and prices as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or production differences.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size charts, color options, and order information carefully before placing an order.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made-to-order. This means the item may be produced only after your order is placed. Because of this, production time is separate from shipping time.
Every order includes one free size exchange, and items that arrive incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit are covered for 30 days after delivery, as described in our Return & Exchange Policy. Personalized items are covered in section 9.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, shipping fees, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product type, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. In summary:
- 30-day refunds for our errors: If an item arrives incorrect, has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover any required return shipping.
- Change of mind or wrong size: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size selection. Instead, every order includes one free size exchange.
- Free first size exchange: One free size exchange per order, covering all items in the order, including personalized items (same design and personalization, new size). We cover replacement production and standard shipping, and you do not need to send the original items back.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

9. Custom or Personalized Products
For custom or personalized items, customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, names, numbers, sizes, colors, and other order information are correct before submitting the order.
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be canceled once production has started and are not refundable for change of mind or wrong size. Personalized items are still eligible for the one free size exchange per order and for a free replacement or refund if they arrive incorrect, defective, damaged in transit, or with a printing error.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, graphics, designs, layout, branding, and website elements, is owned by or licensed to Accesfashion and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
11. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, feedback, or other content to our website or social media channels, you grant us permission to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing, promotional, or customer experience purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
