We will send the tracking code to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will also include instructions on how to track your package.
Tracking events usually appear within 24–48 hours after you receive the tracking number. Initial updates may take time to show once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Tracking information may be delayed after updating. If you cannot find information about your package at first, please check again later.
Shipment delays can occur due to weather, customs, carrier processing, or peak-season volume. Tracking may update again once the package reaches the next shipping checkpoint.
We use trusted third-party carriers such as YunExpress, Yanwen, FedEx, and USPS. While we work closely with these carriers, delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.
