I tried ordering through the website but it’s not going through — what do I do?
You can solve many errors with just a few simple steps:
- Try using a different browser
- Force stop/refresh the browser
- Clear the browser cache

How do I find my Acces Fashion order number?
Once you place your order successfully, you will receive a unique Acces Fashion order number starting with “#AF”.
There are two ways to find your order number:
- Check your email inbox (or spam) for the order confirmation
- Create an Acces Fashion account using the email address you used to place the order

How do I change or cancel an order?
You may change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support Team before the order is processed.
If your order has already entered production, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to change your order, we recommend placing a new order to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on www.accesfashion.com.
If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam folder.

What should I do if I did not receive my delivered package?
Please double-check the area where the carrier could have left it. Ask neighbors in case the package was dropped at the wrong door.
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you still can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If the carrier is unable to provide a resolution, please contact our Customer Care Center at support@accesfashion.com.

What is our return & exchange policy?
At AccesFashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, our process is simple and worry-free.
- ✨ Free return & exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- ✨ Free first size exchange — we cover shipping on your first size swap.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging intact.
- Include the order number or proof of purchase in the package.
- For defective/damaged items, attach photos when requesting a return.
Items not eligible for return
- Final sale/clearance items marked non-returnable.
- Items that are worn, washed, stained, altered, or missing tags/packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow
3–7 business days for processing after the package arrives at our warehouse, and additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges
Free first size exchange: We will ship the new size at no cost (one time per order).- Further exchanges are available; standard shipping fees may apply.
- Defective or damaged items are exchanged at no cost.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at support@accesfashion.com with your order number and request (return or size exchange).
- We’ll give you the procedure.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier. Keep the tracking for your records.
Shipping & tracking tips
- Please use a trackable service; lost, untracked parcels may not be refundable.
Additional notes
- Packages returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
- For bundles/sets, all items and gifts must be returned together unless otherwise agreed.
- Suspected misuse or excessive returns may be reviewed per our store policy.

What shipping methods are used?
We use trusted third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
Please note that while we work closely with these carriers, we cannot guarantee their delivery times.
Does Acces Fashion ship internationally?
Yes — we offer both standard and express international shipping options to most countries.
Can I update the shipping address?
We can only update the shipping address before your order has been shipped.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed based on item availability and payment confirmation.
- Most orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
If your order was placed during a busy season, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
- Rush shipping: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 5–9 business days
Please note: Shipping times do not include the 1–2 business days needed for order processing.
During peak shopping seasons or due to high shipping volumes, delays may occur.
We always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Where do Acces Fashion orders ship from?
Normally, most of AccesFashion in-stock products are shipped from the US and will be delivered in 4-7 business days. Some would be sent directly from our factories in China and it will take 6-18 business days. We've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time.
Is shipping insurance available?
Yes — we offer optional Route Shipping Protection, which safeguards your package from loss, theft, or damage during transit.
You can add Route insurance at checkout. If your order is lost or damaged and you purchased Route, you can file a claim directly through Route for quick resolution.
What should I do if my package is missing?
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@accesfashion.com with your order number.
We will be happy to assist you.

What currency is the site in?
Our website is currently in United States Dollars (USD).
All purchases will be processed and charged in USD at checkout.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment methods:

Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay later by splitting your purchase into four equal payments made every two weeks — all with no interest.
